The staff was the most friendly, smiling and kind I've ever experienced in the last 12 years I am traveling to America. The hotel is clean and has everything you need, room was really nice and so the breakfast, although I am vegan so not much fir me, which I expected and I am ok with.

I do not know why this location has only a 7.6. I stay at all levels of places and this was perfectly fine! Now granted, it was overnight during a holiday lull period, but it was comfortable and accommodating. It's right by the airport and a great place to crash for an early flight, especially for the flight. It's slightly dated and the TV is a little small. That's the only thing I could possibly think would cause that rating. Very clean, nice staff, no revolting smell of pot, quiet, nice about a pet, hot decaf coffee, gym......We will stay there again next time we have an early flight.

I was particularly impressed by the gentleman who checked us in. He was friendly, informative, and helpful. Nothing is like a welcoming greeting to set the tone for a stay. We also appreciated the long term parking arrangement in which we paid to leave our car at the hotel while we were traveling.

the entire hotel is covered in spider webs, every corner, even the walls inside! So much dirt and dust everywhere, the lawn looked like it hadn’t been mowed in a month. Just dirty and sketchy people hanging in the parking lot all night. Didn’t feel safe at all. If we hadn’t been so exhausted from traveling, we would of just left.
