“The resort has a spacious, airy campus with lots of greenery and beautiful scenery. One special highlight is that it displays a huge number of rare wooden platforms/slabs, which makes exploring the place especially fascinating. The resort also has many beautiful photo spots, making it feel no different from a 5-star hotel. The staff are very enthusiastic, friendly, and extremely attentive. The food is delicious and very reasonably priced. The rooms are a bit old-fashioned, but the beds and blankets are still comfortable and smell fresh; although the blankets and pillows have yellowed over time, their quality is still good. Even though this is only a 3-star hotel, the quality and overall experience exceeded expectations. At this price point, I would rate it 10/10.

Nice view from the Plum flower house balcony to the valley and the mountain. Exceptionally friendly staff and owner couple made us feel as home away from home, specially the boy working at the coffee bar. All of them were very helpful. The owner was very active while fixing fast the problem right after receiving. Tasteful meals including breakfast and dinner. There should be separate space with sliding door or curtain for shower to avoid water spreading all over the bathroom floor.

The property has a convenient location and a peaceful atmosphere. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The communication before the stay was excellent!!! They booked our bus tickets to Laos for us which is the main reason we stayed there. They could also arrange money exchange but it was Tet so that didn’t work for us. The fact that she booked our bus tickets was brilliant!!! We got what we asked for if we ran out- ie toilet paper and towels and a working kettle.

Location is good for sightseeing and eating dinner and breakfast. Also, transfer service from/to the airport and the bus station with reasonable fee. I asked to send me to the bus station at 4:30AM, so they gladly provide it.

The host is incredibly helpful and friendly. He helped us a lot with finding bus and guides around the city. We're incredibly grateful for his hospitality. The room is cozy and adorable. The location is very easy to find, and right next to the central square. And even so, it's completely quiet at night. The facilities are quite new, and for such a price, it's relatively reasonable.
