Confortable and good treatment. The motorbike route was perfect and the drivers were friendly and safe.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful- one was able to recommend a mechanic for me for my motorcycle as it needed some work, and another was very personable and generally put me at ease as a guest. Oh they even let me move dorms so I could have a de facto private for the night when I arrived :) The property is also super lovely with roomy dorms (there was space for three couches in the 10 bed) and a really nice looking pool. It was a bit chilly for me to take a dip but I reckon in the summer it will be amazing.

Service was friendly, although the staff barely spoke English, room spacious.

I can't say too much - I stayed here as I was beginning a Ha Giang / Cao Bang motorcycle trip in the morning, and I arrived at 2am. The place looked really nice from what I saw, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was simple pancakes with syrup.
