Wow what a beautiful view. Staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. I rented a scooter directly from them. The room was large and clean.

I had a wonderful stay at Chau Pho Hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel is conveniently located near popular attractions in Chau Doc. The restaurant served delicious food, especially the local specialties. The price is reasonable for the quality of service. Highly recommended!

The hotel is new and clean, the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was cooked to order. We had eggs, bread rolls, yogurt, a selection of fruit. The staff were amazing, they helped us book trips and buy sim cards at great rates.

Beautiful Room Spotless actually looks like the photos for once Great location opposite the market and not far to get the boat to Cambodia far cheaper than the one V. Close. Lovely vegetarian place to eat a few steps away. Pharmacy on the doorstep too plus fee free ATM just around corner. Lovely staff, Dean at reception ( I hope I remember that correctly ) took me to the Forrest for the day for a very reasonable price, he's very friendly and helpful he truly makes that hotel. Oh the shower is spectacular as well! Nearly forgot

I really enjoyed my stay at HERA Hostel. The place perfectly combines a modern design with a cozy, home-like atmosphere. The air conditioning was strong and refreshing, a great relief from the heat, and the bathroom was spacious and very clean. I appreciated that the staff allowed us to leave our luggage before check-in, and the daily fresh towels, linens, and complimentary water and coffee refills were a nice touch. We rented a whole villa which was supposed to have 3 bedrooms with A/C and private bathrooms. It turns out that the third bedroom was in the attic with only a little opening for a window. The A/C was very noisy and only worked intermittently. On top of it all, the bathroom was located on the ROOF and it can only be reached by walking across the roof and out in the rain! Finally the property is located on a Main Street where large trucks pass through at all hours of day and night.

This is a great place to stay in Chau Doc. The owner is caring, proactive and super helpful, the communication is easy. They helped me the logistics of getting in and then leaving for the boat to Cambodia next morning. They also even prepared a breakfast for me very early in the morning, even as I did not expect it. The room is big and clean, AC works very well. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED OVERALL!
