We stayed one night during a motorbike road trip to Phong Nha. The space was more than we needed but seemed to be the best option in Dong Ha for a reasonable price. Large, clean, new. Water is hot and AC works well. We arrived early and were let in by the cleaner who collected payment. It's a two-level apartment with sliding glass doors onto an open stairwell that's shared with at least one other room. The neighborhood is a very nice, new development with park/theme park, sports courts, and shops frequented by locals.
