IsraelThe staff were extremely helpful. Arranged a taxi to help us visit sites of interest at a very reasonable price and suggested where to stop. The rooms are modern and clean but no window and rather small. We only stayed 1 night and the hotel agreed to cancel payment for the 2nd night as we preferred to drive to Sapa. The rooms did not include breakfast.
