We stayed one night during a motorbike road trip to Phong Nha. The space was more than we needed but seemed to be the best option in Dong Ha for a reasonable price. Large, clean, new. Water is hot and AC works well. We arrived early and were let in by the cleaner who collected payment. It's a two-level apartment with sliding glass doors onto an open stairwell that's shared with at least one other room. The neighborhood is a very nice, new development with park/theme park, sports courts, and shops frequented by locals.

The room is clean and fully equipped with basic needed amenities. The hotel owner is very nice and friendly. He serves us very well. Room had water so I asked for ice and he brought cups also (he knows my needs lol). There is a pretty coffee shop besides also.
