This is definitely my favorite stay during my 24-day travel in Vietnam(I save the review till I get back), truly a hidden gem! It was my mid stop from Mai Chieu to Sapa. I arrived around sunset hour, finding a black tai village tucked away in valleys, the mother of the family, though doesn’t speak English can use translator really well, welcomed me instantly. At that time, it already felt so home. And when I walked to the restaurant, the lake is just breathtaking . I enjoyed everything there, the serenity, the conversation we had, warming dinner, clear skies…. Wish the family all the best, hope to go back for more one day

clean room, comfortable bed, room had a balcony and nice sunlight. There was a mini refrigerator in the room. The staff were pleasant and helpful (we used a translation app). The breakfast was nice, but the first floor is very loud in the morning due to a daycare school in one if the large rooms. Only two minor issues: 1- was the shower head is set too short, and have to step up inside the bathtub to use it. 2- renovation / construction in the morning was quite loud.

The Breakfast was the absolute worst we had in Vietnam. Absolutely a joke!! real insulting to be served that for human consuption. We left and got a different breakfast !!
