Clean, clean, clean. Period. A simple, modern-style room, very quiet and free from outside noise (Room #201) Good natural light during the day and nice, bright lighting (with adjustable color temperatures) at night. Kind, helpful, and caring hospitality A 10 to 15 minute walk from the Hue Train Station. It’s a new facility with a skincare shop on the first floor. It was clean everywhere (I even felt a bit sorry walking down the hall because my footprints were leaving a mark).

Phu and Linh are exceptional hosts. Their English is conversational, and their hosting experience is beyond my expectations. The place is clean, tidy, and convenient. This is a fantastic hotel ,located in the heart of Hué. The rooms are lovely and comfortable, the breakfast is superb, and the staff were exceptionally kind, helpful and are incredibly friendly.
