Very nice couple runs this place with a bit English & Google translate. I give it a 10 because they deserve it for creating a clean, comfy, homey, bright, flowery environment. Balcony room was great. Only a fridge & a wardrobe would make it perfect. It's in a small neighborhood so you'll probably hear some roosters, dogs & geckos, but that's part of the local Vietnamese experience. 😉 I will stay again.

Beautiful farmstay. Spacious, comfortable, quiet, peaceful. The host is extremely helpful and kind, and speaks English very well. You can rent a motorcycle from the owner for a very fair price, , or use one of the bicycles they have available The neighborhood is nice too, everyone I met was very friendly. Most of your basic shopping needs are a short walk away. This homestay is one of the nicest places I've stayed at, I ended up staying for much longer than I had originally planned. I highly recommend spending some time here.
