I had an excellent experience during my stay at this hotel. The room was very spacious, well-maintained, and provided a high level of comfort. The staff were consistently professional, attentive, and welcoming, which contributed greatly to the overall positive impression. The property is conveniently located in a business centre, with a modern shopping center nearby that adds to the convenience for both business and leisure travelers. Overall, everything met and exceeded expectations, and I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel overall and its facilities are amazing! Further away from Prishtina which is great if you're traveling by car. Breakfast food was delicious, so was the food at the 5th floor restaurant. The room was big and comfortable, mattress and pillows as well. Gas station, ATM, even burger king right in front. Spa center is one of the best I've seen, many massage options as well. Staff was lovely, welcoming, and helpful. Would love to come back!

I visited Kosovo from the United States for the first time, and this apartment exceeded my expectations. It was exceptionally clean, spacious, and well maintained. The bedding was very comfortable with fresh linens, and the balcony offered beautiful views. I stayed for six days, from November 17th to the morning of November 23rd, and even hosted a family member for dinner—who was equally impressed with the space. The location was excellent, within walking distance of both the 75Mall and Albi Mall, and only a short drive from the main highway. The hosts were extremely gracious, responsive, and accommodating to any needs I had throughout my stay. I will definitely check this property's availability first on my next visit. It was worth every penny.
