I was truly surprised by the service at this hotel. Simply outstanding. Since the very beginning, I was greeted with a warm cup of tea as soon as I arrived. It was like they were expecting me. The staff was beyond helpful. The breakfast outstanding. I booked this hotel at the last minute, and didn’t think I was goin to have this great a stay. Definitely my choice if coming back to Madryn.

Our host Fede went up and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. He communicated with us well before and during our stay. The cabin is clean, charming and cozy. The views all around were jaw dropping. The neighborhood was tranquil and didn’t feel touristy like the other cabins in town. We loved the woodstove.

Owner was super nice and helpful. Place is immaculate with everything you can need or want, including chocolates on the bed. Perfect location, walkable to everything. Also, there is a nice outdoor seating area.
