United StatesWe wish we had time to stay here longer! This is probably my favorite place to stay in our 3-week tour of parts of Hungary, Romania & Bulgaria. I couldn't believe how lovely the location was. It is exactly next door to the Queen Marie of Romania's vacation Palace!! It is exactly across the street from the Black Sea with crystal clear water! The hotel has a heated indoor salt-water swimming pool. There's a spa for massage (my husband booked a massage there & said it was excellent). We had the included breakfast buffet option, and the food was spectacular! They even had "pâine cu ou" (a type of French toast) exactly how I grew up eating. All the front desk staff were always lovely, and spoke English well. The breakfast host was wonderful, as well, and he even spoke some Romanian & English. The beds we slept in were comfortable.

The staff are absolutely amazing. The room is spacious with a nice balcony. The beds are comfy and the shower has enough elbow room. There is free parking in the shade. Nice lobby too, with a free pool table. Greenery well maintained both outside and inside.

Really happy with the place, very clean, good deal for the price-offer, breakfast for everyone (meat eaters or vegetarians), very helpful and nice staff, two parking lots that you can use,so you don't have to cross the entire complex of buildings, green and clean gardens with sun and shade, 5-10 minutes away from the Botanical Garden (must see!) and Queen Maria's Palace. I would warmly recommend the place for anyone and probably will return!

- all rooms in the hotel has sea view, but the higher the floor, the better ( we had a room at fifth floor and the view was gorgeous )
- the apartment is good over all, the coach in the living room is not perfect for a good night sleep, but if you don't have problems it will be ok
- they have free parking outside hotel and is very safe, we didn't have any problem ( they also have a paid parking inside hotel )
- you can have a bath in the sea outside the hotel, but is not arrange in any way ( there are only rocks, no sand )

The whole apartment building was very clean and tastefully furnished and decorated. Jana, our host, was friendly and nice. Very easy to reach the small nearby beach by car, also by foot. Parking lot across the road. Fitted with all the home appliances.

We had a Studio. It was spacious and clean.
The AC unit worked properly and chilled the room.
There was a dryer in the balcony.
The room had a view to a back yard, and in the distance you could see the sea.
Free parking.
Very kind host, attentive to customers‘ needs.

Everything was superlative, starting from the rigorous cleaning that is done daily, to the comfort and all the facilities that the location includes, and what we liked most was our friend Pascal, a warm, welcoming and very sociable gentleman who works on the terrace of the location. The recently opened location is ideal if you want an intimate, quiet and very welcoming space that is close to all the attractions, so you can leave your car in their parking lot. If the opportunity arises, we will happily return and with our friends to!

The propriety is near by the centre, surrounded by many beaches, shops, chemists.
My friends and I have had a wonderful, comfortable stay, the owner was flexible with our arrival time and flat was fully equipped with everything we needed and more. We really appreciated the coffee machine and the stunning view from the balcony, both at sunrise and at night.
Free parking is available on a street nearby, if you’re planning to come by car.

Location is good for families with children. They have a yard that is closed with fence, so the children are safe, a playground and a pool for adults and children. They have free parking. There is also a barbeque in the garden.
The owner speaks English and is very helpful. She even provided us alternatives when we had a problem with the sewerage and we had no access to the bathrooms for one day. She let us stay late for the last day and offered a bottle of wine to appologise for the inconveninence.

The hotel is located on the seafront in Balchik, in the area rich in restaurants and shops, and has a small parking lot in front and an arrangement with a private parking lot (paid) nearby. The rooms are large, bright and very clean. My room had an entire wall of windows through which I could look at the sea and the marina of Balchik - a delight! The breakfast is rich in assortments and generous in quantity. The coffee is very good. Good service, friendly and competent staff.
