I was there for a couple of nights. The place was clean, with towels and a private toilet. It was easy to get there and the person who was in charge was really nice and kind. Extra nice thing, they have tea or coffee in the morning and evening (for the "once"). Also they have jelly and eggs if we want to use them for free. We only had to get our own bread.

Sandrita's hostal is far beyond any hostal or B&B experience. I loved this cute house, Sandrita's and her partner hospitality and care for each and single guest's wellbeing, from hearthy breakfasts adjusted to any dietary restriction to customized travel tips. I met very nice group of people at this hostal and our shared evenings in the warm and cozy kitchen full of eucalyptus scents were like spending time with you friends and family, and will deeply stay in memory. The facilities were beautiful, you are immersed in the nature and everything has this rustic and minimalistic charm. Our room had a view to the forest with a beautiful window corner where you could seat to read. The terrace at the restaurant on the top floor was an excellent space to relax after a day of hiking. The opportunity to visit the different parks and hike the trails in a protected and cared environment was a beautiful experience. Overall it was a really wonderful stay.

The hosts were very friendly and kind. The room was nice, the bed was very comfortable and everything was clean. In a good central location, close to the bus terminal.

Lovely hostel with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I loved the kitchen - big, homey, and filled with everything you need to cook. The staff wonderful - helpful, patient, and kind! The hostel arranged a penguin tour and kayaking tour for me - both a lot of fun. The hostel is located right across the street from Bus Sur Station so if you are planning to travel here by bus from Castro or Puerto Montt, take Bus Sur! It's alos located just a few blocks from the shore and from many restaurants, supermarket, and cafes.
