Authentic villa renovated with passion and style. Very amicable host, helpful and competent. Excellent breakfast, very clean and spacious rooms, comfortable bed and high quality linen. Common area including a kitchen is huge and very welcoming, outside seating is a plus. Good restaurants close by, the host can get you a table, even on a busy night. Finally, secure and free parking. Refreshing to see such a committed family business which was launched just recently.

The location is outstanding--just a few minutes' walk from everything in the historical center of Toulouse, and right at a metro station. The flat is very large and bright, and despite being just off a main street it was not noisy. Washing machine was a big bonus, as was nearby parking. The owner responded very quickly to a few issues (wifi connectivity, how to turn on the oven).

A beautiful space and quiet location. Would be a good base for day trips around Toulouse area. There was a covered area for bikes and breakfast options. Very responsive host.

Wonderful and welcoming hosts. Beautiful room with a very well equipped kitchen. Everything was perfect. We were on our bikes and it is perfectly set up as a base for hub and spoke rides. Our next visit will be longer.

This pretty older home is located in a gated property that is lush and green. When you enter the gate it takes you by surprise, particularly because the property is surrounded by nondescript apartment buildings Once inside, you’d swear you are in the country. The owners were very nice.

Helpful and friendly hosts, spotless clean, spacious, and cozy apartment, easy access to all roads in and out of Toulouse. The self-checkin was a bit of a quest due to the fact that the apartment is in the rare corner of the building, but since the hosts provided comprehensive instructions, it was an enjoyable quest :D Will return.
