The space is quite petite but extremely well organized to maximize comfort, with nice decor touches. The host is very nice. We didn’t use the shared area (pool) but again nicely presented. Definitely recommend.

The situation is outstanding, set high above the Caribbean sea with a view over the luxuriant jungle and the delightfully kept gardens with mango, palm and other exotic plants and trees. At night the song of the frogs and birds lull one to sleep. Breakfast was good, as was the dinner we ordered. The massages were most relaxing, warmed by the last of the evening's sun as it set over the ocean. The host couple were friendly, helpful and efficient.

Domaine Karaibes offers rooms in Deshaies near Ferry Beach and Plage de Leroux. This property offers access to a balcony, free private parking, and free Wifi.

Les Manguiers enjoys a location in Deshaies, a 4-minute walk from Grande Anse Beach and 1.5 miles from The Perle Beach.

The host Marie was a very friendly person and made us feel right at home, its so close to the best beach in Guadeloupe that you can literally see the beach soon as you step out of this property's gate and look to your west, and a gas station with a little supermarket is right there halfway between you and the beach, plus there is a pizza food truck after 6pm by the gas station and lots of restaurants and food trucks on the beach every day all day, we definitely recommend this place to everyone. Oh you can get here VERY cheaply by exiting the PTP airport (any Monday to Saturday morning) and walking to your right to the back of the vehicle terminal (just ask any airport worker for the Karulkis bus), the AE3 and AE5 buses come once every 15 minutes and take you from PTP to Bergevin bus terminal in the city for only 1.20 Euros each, then you get a white big air-conditioned bus from there to Deshaies (tell the driver you want to go to Grande Anse in Deshaies) and the bus stop in literally at a roundabout at the head of the road to the beach (on your right/west) and the road to the apartment is on your left /east just 100 metres passed the gas station - and this second bus only costs 3.00 Euros each, so you can get there for LESS than 5 Euros (per person) by 2 buses, OR waste 100.00 Euros to get a taxi from PTP there, the choice is yours, but I prefer NOT to waste money and get there in 90 minutes for 5 Euros - rather than spend 100 Euros and get there in 30 minutes.
