My room was upgraded on arrival. I had an amazing view room was super comfortable and clean reception desk extremely helpful restaurant stuff really nice. Unfortunately had to cut my stay short due to the going conflict in the region. Again the front desk handled everything with efficiency professionally and curtesy I was so impressed

First time for me at this hotel. I was greeted by Barak who was very professional and helpful. The hotel itself is new and well appointed. There are coffee drinks and a few snacks in the lobby are handy if you cant get out to buy. Everything is spottlessly clean and check in and check out went smoothly.

The location of the property is in Florentine, which is an amazing little neighborhood in Tel Aviv. Daniel was super helpful and very responsive for every detail we needed. The shower was one of the best!
