I had a wonderful stay here in Ninh Binh. The family was incredibly kind and welcoming — honestly the nicest hosts I’ve met during my trip. They made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. The atmosphere was warm and relaxed, and they were always happy to help with anything I needed. I highly recommend staying here if you want a genuine homestay experience.

Great property and surroundings. Staff were very polite. We were able to take bikes at no cost and explore the area. I still rate the property a 10, but the negatives are for the adjacent property who have roosters which keep you awake all night and start cuckooing from 01:30am till 07:00am. We found it very hard to sleep due to this. The same property has some very loud people who play loud music and scream till midnight. This is not the fault of Scenic Mountain Ecolodge but something to consider. If possible avoid room number 9 to stay away from the loud people.

Great place to stay to escape the bustle of the cities, yet just 20 minutes walk to Trang An village. Best to hire the hotel's scooters to travel to the many tourist sites within 20kms radius. Beautiful part of Vietnam and the hotel is nestled between a mountain and a lake. Very well landscaped.

Beautiful gardens and really lovely villas. the breakfast was amazing - my favorite in our time in Vietnam. The staff where lovely and Davis was so engaging and friendly.

Hang LAN Bangalow is a little paradise in Tam Coc area. It is located in the most gorgeous part of Tam Coc with only 5 mins bicycle ride to downtown. We loved riding the bike through the rice fields in the morning and evening. Out bungalow was nestled between towering lime cliff and over the relaxing stream. Love waking up in the morning greeted by the beautiful nature. Anna and her staff are exceptional. They took very good care of us. Breakfast is delicious with fresh fruits. Anna and her staff are very attentive and give us good recommendations to make our stay the most memorable trip. Best experience and stay in Vietnam because of Anna and her staff hospitality. Will definitively stay here again.

Lovely place on the river.only noise was the frogs and birds. Staff were great and the grounds and pool as lovely. Nice being with a family with grandma and their dog lucky. Even though it was in a hotel style you felt like h9 e, we had the end VIP room which had a balcony overlooking the river. Peaceful and serene. If you want the hassle and bustle of town this is not for you but a shirt Grab ride away.

We loved staying at this hotel! It was clean and just far enough away to be quiet/peaceful, but close enough to easily bike or walk to restaurants. Breakfast was also really good! While there are a lot of homestay options in this area we learned the hard way they were not ideal (thin walls, cold and dirty- at least the one we booked originally) so this hotel was so greatly appreciated after a bad prior experience.

Very good and quiet location located near the river. Rooms were clean and spacious with a huge bed. The river and mountain view from the room was delightful! The front desk was extremely helpful, they provided free bikes to ride, helped with giving us tips for things to visit in the area, helped with laundry and booking bus tickets. There is a restaurant on location with reasonable prices and good food. We especially loved the Bun Cha and the Cocoa banana smoothies. We were there during New Year and they organized a small party for us with dinner, games, cake and fireworks at the end. They really made an effort to make the night feel special!
