We loved our comfortable and stylish double room. It was quiet, well-equipped, and spotless. The staff, especially at reception, were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The spa area was a highlight: the sauna and pool were great, and since it was almost empty, we got to enjoy the space privately. The food was tasty, both for lunch and breakfast, and the hotel’s location just a short drive from Mitrovica was very convenient. The festive Christmas decorations made the whole atmosphere magical, especially with the snow outside.
