I stayed in Gyumri for one night, and I'm so glad I chose to stay at the Kotun guesthouse. The location is very central -- less than 10 minutes to downtown on foot -- the accomodations are clean and modern, and the guests were all very friendly. I will definitely stay here again in the future and can't recommend it enough!

I had an amazing stay! The location is perfect, just a few minutes' walk from the city center and all the main attractions, restaurants, and cafes. The host was exceptional – very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the quality of the equipment and furnishings was top-notch. The kitchen was well-equipped with a cozy sitting area, and the terrace was a great spot to relax. To top it off, the prices were unbeatable for the quality and location. Highly recommend!

I would like to especially mention the reception staff, who were very pleasant and helpful. Their kind attitude would make me choose this hotel again in the future. The location is good, and the room was clean and comfortable.

Amazingly beautiful practical and strategically located hotel

Extremely nice little apartment, just like in the pictures. Perfectly suitable for 3 people, the upper deck and the ladder is made of strong metal bars. The bed is really comfortable, the bathroom is nice, everything is super clean. Armine is a very friendly lady, who gives you a lot of good advice about Gyumri if you ask for it. The price is also great and the place is located close to the center, so it is simply brilliant. Highly recommended!

Delightfully playful and thoughtful touches abound in the room, making it super cozy and comfortable. The building itself is old but thoroughly modern inside the rooms. The bed was a dream and the linens and towels were lovely. I slept like a log.. Bathroom is great, but the toilet might be a little snug if you're a large person. It was fine for me. Everything is spotlessly clean and well maintained. Liana, the hostess and owner, is super friendly, very helpful with tips on where to go and she speaks perfect English. Their resident dog Bubli is incredibly sweet and calm if she's not out exploring. There is a lovely garden area with shaded seats and tables in several places, perfect for a relaxing time. There's also a fully equipped kitchen with coffee and tea supplied at no extra cost, a boon for early morning risers like me. Location is great, very close to all the sites, lots of restaurants and bars. I absolutely loved my stay here and so will you..

This is a wonderful apartment within a family's compound in the heart of Gyumri's historic district. It is charming, cozy and welcoming (furnished with antiques); very quiet and hidden away but within a few short minutes to everything you need, including a choice of very good restaurants, shops, etc. The family is very considerate and helpful. Kudos to Arsen, who also happens to be an accomplished local actor, for being most helpful. Fully equipped kitchen, nice bathroom with shower, great wifi, just a wonderful place to stay in a wonderful town to visit. Highly recommend!
