Thomas was a great host, from check in to being our server in the delicious restaurant! Everyone was very friendly and accommodating.

They had a Sauna and we never had to fight for a spot in it. There was an elevator to get our things into our apartment and the apartment is right above a supermarket, that's super convenient! If you're going to ski in Spieljoch then the bus literally leaves outside the house. The apartment was clean and the beds were super comfy. They listed it as a 4-person apartment but with the couch 6 people would've easily had room in there, really spacious. There was unlimited warm water and seperated toilet/shower rooms. We'd come back here next year because it wasn't too expensive and we enjoyed our stay!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect Stay for Families – Highly Recommended! Our family stayed 4 nights at House H19 and had a truly wonderful experience. The house is spacious, very clean, and fully equipped with everything you need. The large kitchen and living area are ideal for families or groups. The rooftop terrace offers amazing panoramic views of the Zillertal mountains. Torsten, the host, was very friendly and provided clear instructions for self check-in, which made everything smooth and easy. The WiFi connection was strong, and all appliances worked perfectly. The location is peaceful and safe, perfect for families with small children. Just a short drive to Spieljoch cable car, supermarkets, and other attractions in Fügen. We especially appreciated the well-organized communication and attention to detail from the host. If we return to the Tyrol region, we would definitely choose this accommodation again. Thank you Torsten and the team for making our stay so enjoyable!

Wonderful Hotel in a convenient location. We chose half board and breakfast and dinner was delicious. The Wellness area was clean and quiet and we loved watching the sun set from the outdoor infinity pool on the 5th floor!! I have also used the fitness area which has everything you may need for a work out.

The service staff at the hotel is very nice and friendly. There are a lot of cool amenities, like the adults only indoor pool (starting at age 16) and the family indoor pool. There is also an outdoor pool but we couldn't use that because of the weather. The game room and the gaming tables in the lobby are also a nice touch. My sister and I played board games almost every night. There is a snack time from 1pm to 5pm but this truly is like an extra meal. If you have the half board option you really don't need a meal at lunch time. There is plenty of food at snack time. It is also nice that the breakfast and dinner times are extended. Breakfast until 11am and dinner until 9pm.

HOTEL STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY. BREAKFAST AND DINNER WAS PERFECT AND THERE WERE A LOT OF OPTIONS. SPA AREA WAS VERY CLEAN AND PERFECT FOR RELAXATION. ALL WAS PERFECT.
