Personal communcations from all the staff were great! Particularly the gentleman at the front desk, and the restaurant staff.

Very nice place, very nice staff as well. Room was cozy and had a really nice view. Breakfast was also great. Loved the croissants and the strawberries. Highly recommend and would stay there again if given the chance. Shower water pressure was strong

Simple accommodation- excellent value for money. Clean, quiet and large apartment.

The apartment is located very close to the abbey, few steps from the historic downtown and the abbey. The interior is very fitting, the maisonette has a balcony along the stairs and offers a great space to keep wet clothes and shoes outside of the living area. The inside is comfortable, kitchen is equipped, bedrooms are comfortable and have dressers to put clothes away.

The flat is inside a courtyard and very private. We were able to store our bicycles there safely. The flat was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It was a great location right in town.

Perfect location in Melk. I was pleasantly surprised at how big the hotel and restaurant was .. the website doesn’t do it justice. The rooms are modern, comfortable and well maintained with friendly attentive staff throughout.

The view of Melk Abbey across the river, the excellent breakfast, and the fact that they were kind enough to upgrade us to a better room without us even asking. Lovely people and lovely premises.

Very nice place. The quality of the spa was unexpectedly fabulous, and appreciated after cycling for several days. Comfortable room and beds. Our dinner was very good, eating outside on their patio. Good breakfast and well set up for cyclists.

Lovely modernized bathroom and new carpet in the room. Very comfortable bed. Quiet at night. Easy parking across the street. Danube view and direct access to a green riverside park. Excellent breakfast. Lounge upstairs with espresso machine and tea and cold drinks anytime. Friendly service with good communication.

The staff is super friendly and accommodating, speak English well and all around nice The playground is great (76ers old and 3 year old had a blast) The animals are a great touch as well! If you like places with great authenticity and secluded I definitely recommend!!

Very comfortable family run hotel with views over the river, situated in a small village hamlet up from the main road. Good restaurant with super local cuisine ( one of the best schnitzels I've had in Austria }, and a good breakfast. The room was spacious and had a balcony to sit and watch the river roll by. The family were welcoming and all the staff friendly , we would definitely stay here again.
