Clean, roomy and good location

The Residence was large and spacious. It had a lot of convenient amenities and was just a 5 minute drive from the town centre. The grounds, as a whole, was a mix of cottages, bunk houses, and caravan parking spaces. There are also shared amenities, like an barbecue area, bathrooms, and showers. It was nice and tranquil and a good place for the kids to run around. For the price, it was definitely good value. Apparently, the place is a not-for profit and the maintenance/grounds person is a volunteer.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was modern, clean, and very well equipped with everything we needed. The location was excellent, close to shops, the beach, and local attractions. Secure parking was also a big plus. Overall, a comfortable and stylish place to stay in Victor Harbor.

I was delighted with the beautiful house, verandah and the cleanliness. Everything was perfect!

We liked everything about this lovely house. Perfect size backyard for our dogs. We appreciated the big screen TV. It is a very clean and comfortable house The location is perfect, about 100 metres from the beach. We found great restaurants, cafes and OPP shops in the vicinity, we were happy.

I liked everything. Superb very modern house with every facility anyone could need. Main bedroom with king size bed, flat screen TV, unsuit with his and hers wash basins large bath and large walk-in shower. Main living area very comfortable with another TV. The best equipped kitchen I have stayed in. The other Bedroom, shower room and laundry to the same top standard. On top of that was the patio with a rest area and a dining area plus BBQ. After a 9 day stay, sorry to leave.

Location excellent easy walking to town centre. Lock up garage with entry into the house great when weather is bad.
