Pet-friendly hotels and homes in Bansko

Everything was fine, this was our second time here :)

Well, it's not a 5* hotel, and not a brand new either, but it was an excellent value for money, at least off-season. Easy to park (paid parking right in front of the entrance, free parking just a short distance away), free spa access, breakfast included, comfortable, cosy rooms - everything was just fine. Also, they have a very nice terrace / garden restaurant for spring & summer season.

The location is on the city center. The receptionist was warm and understanding lady. The room was very big and cozy. The view from the balcony was to the Pirin hill. The spa center was my favorite place - hot sauna and steam bath, swimming pool suitable for kids and a relax zone. The bathroom and the bathtub were perfectly clean. I recommend it 100%.

Everything was perfect, especially for the price. Food was perfect, different every morning and night. Probably the best buffet chefs I've ever seen! Everything was fresh and cooked like gourmet. The rooms are perfect - very big and clean. Probably the best deal for the price in the region. Spa is good, warm pools even in winter time. Saunas and steam baths were super. Area is quite, next to the mountain hills and golf courts. Staff are very friendly. The road to the hotel is good and cleaned even in very snowy conditions. Plus free parking! Definitely going to visit again!

I liked the warm welcome we received on arrival. We were offered tea while our room was prepared. This is a guest house in a very old building, so expect cuteness and also small scale for modern standards. Although the room was small, the bed itself was wide and okay in terms of comfort. Breakfast and dinner area was very cosy with delicious local homemade food! Free sauna is an awesome facility considering the price. It's basic, not large but was fresh and clean - so enough to relax muscles

There was a cosy feeling as if I had come to my grandmother's house in the countryside. The staff was very friendly and kind. The food was also delicious.

Perfect location. Second stay in that hotel and will do that again next year, for Pirin Ultra. Really recommend it for tourist vacation.

Guys I've been in Bansko so many times and this was my best hotel experience. The rooms are furnished very well with unique style combination from old Bansko house and luxury. The hotel is right at the Bansko central square where the real town live. Far from the tourist crowds and close to local events. If you stay, there on Saturday you could visit farmer market on Sunday for great local food. They will give you free pass and you could park in Bansko blue zone for free. The breakfast is amazing and it is better than buffet as they will do it just for you. It is served at the Mehana on the ground floor. And the best is the host. He gave us free upgrade to lux room and even send me by mail forgotten clothes. Thanks Radoslav!

Great communication with the staff, beautiful room that was clean and comfortable, convenient parking, just a couple blocks from the walking street

We had lovely time at this hotel , lobby bar was fantastic.Delicios food. We will come back for winter seson for sure.

This was our second visit in the hotel The villa is big enough for 6 of us We like everything about this place, the pool, the gym, the breakfast, the kids play room

reception staff very helpful (especially the lady - did not catch her name) the shuttle bus to gondola/slopes spa is excellent

Very nice location, breakfast, room, spa, hosts, food etc. Great value. We loved the spa are with the saunas and the pool. Also the food is very good, and people are very nice.
