I had an incredible experience at Martinelli Residence. With over 15 years in the hotel industry, I was truly impressed by the level of care Caio and Leo put into maintaining this place. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with a warm smile from Leo, the manager, whose passion for hospitality was evident in every detail. The residence was impeccably clean, and Leo took the time to provide thorough explanations about both the island and the property, making me feel truly valued as a guest. I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to both Leo and Caio for making my stay so memorable. I will highly recommend Martinelli Residence to my friends and family when they visit the island in the future. I’m so grateful for the outstanding hospitality and can’t wait to return! One of the only hostels on the island Nice people- owner, staff, guests sitting area outside- quiet and shady (when there is no tv on) Location- quiet, close to bus stop and open air gym (no view) Functional though minimal kitchen big lockers with a lock comfortable laundry (by hand) and drying area

Very clean and the staff (Victor) was wonderful. Victor booked everything for us and we paid with him, which made the transactions very easy. The place is also very clean and quiet. I would stay here again.

Good location, fair price, it has a small swimming pool, breakfast included, which is rare on the island , snacks and coffee offered early evening , Nora, our hostess, was friendly and helpful.

Excellent service, hospitality and breakfast. Great location as well. Isabelle went above and beyond to accommodate to my requests and even woke me up 10 minutes before the breakfast was over. That is so thoughtful.Monica, the chef, just made breakfast the morning joy you look forward to it every day. Outstanding service. I will come back to Fernando de Noronha and stay there again!

Service was great even before our arrival, from tips about the island to booking of activities. I can’t explain how amazing Julio and Fernanda are, the place is comfortable and very cute, well recommended.

The location is phenomenal, a few steps from the beach. It’s the perfect spot for a beach day and walking distance to the villa.

The location is perfect! In the Village's downtown, it's safe to stay. You can take the bus to go anywhere. There are restaurants, pharmacies, and everything very close. The room has a good space, equipped with a good air conditioner, fridge, tv. The ladies who take care of the place are very kind and helpful. L

In the Pousada they look after the fauna of the island. It is a good mix of relaxation but not at the expense of nature. The breakfast and restaurant is amazing as is the staff.
