The staff was incredible. They were so accommodating so helpful. I have disability and they upped my room to the floor really close to the office so I wasn’t having to walk so far. I must say they were just wonderful. I would like to tell everybody what a great place to stay.

Went to Denny’s, didn’t realize there was a breakfast at hotel.

We'd stay again just because of the amazing front desk service, specially Benzon. He was incredibly professional and helped us with everything we needed, we were booked a room without street view, but thanks to Benzon, he gave us a way better room with street view, better shower, and more comfy. Pool and jacuzzi were great, clean, wide and almost just for the 2 of us. We used laundry room and was perfect as well.

Love the many choices of eating near the room. The hot tub and pool were so relaxing. Price was fair and affordable

This place was super convenient to a grocery store and the ski hill a 20 minute drive up the road. The Den's kitchen was well equipped and with great appliances and cooking ware with everything you need to make meals. The shower and bathroom was equally impressive! The owners have put a lot of work to make this place comfortable. Comes with your own parking stall. Super friendly owner who is always there to help if you need it. Would stay there again.

Pleasantly surprised how nice the room was and everything was newly updated including new carpets in the hallways. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. We had a mini fridge and sink in room so had a quick breakfast in room. Coffee and tea was provided downstairs, no breakfast. Our room was quiet.

We had a wonderful experience at this homestay and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a well-appointed place to stay. The home itself was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. What really stood out, though, was the hosts' thoughtfulness. Before our arrival, I’d asked whether there was an iron and ironing board available. They initially believed they had one, but when they realized they didn’t, they went out of their way to purchase both so we’d have them as soon as we needed them. On top of that, when we forgot to pack dress socks for an event, they kindly loaned us a pair—such a generous and unexpected gesture. The location was quiet and convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area while always having a relaxing space to return to. Even without meeting in person, we truly felt looked after. The attention to detail and genuine care from the hosts made this stay one of the best we’ve had. We’d gladly come back!

The room had a beautiful view and it was really comfy! I loved that the pools and saunas were never too full so you could take your time enjoying them without any waiting period. Definitely recommend the Austrian restaurant!
