Great location! Beautiful view of the valley from the house. It’s close and within walking distance to the town center and train/bus station. There’s a big parking space next to the house. Above all, the host is excellent — responds quickly and is very helpful with any questions.

Beautiful setting. It is a lovely 25 minute walk to Wengen which might be difficult for some. But they paid for a taxi to help transport us with our luggage on the first and last time. Fully furnished with kitchen.

The view is amazing and it is so peaceful at night to sit out on the terrace. Be aware it is a pretty steep ~10 min walk from the apartment to the train station/town center. There are taxis you can take if needed but the only time I felt I might have wanted one was getting the luggage back up. Otherwise we were a little winded at the top but it was manageable. The view and serenity being away from center city offered was worth it. You don’t hear the train at all despite being a little ways down from the station and there was little to no noise from neighbors. Do be aware everything but restaurants close at 6:30 in Wengen so plan accordingly if you need anything from the grocery store! Also for couples it is two twin beds pushed together so there is a gap from the bed frames in the middle. Could not have been happier with our stay, it was everything we were looking for.

To sum up, the apartment has the best view, and the host, Angie has the best heart! The view of the apartment is the best. You can see the one of the biggest waterfall of Lauterbrunnen, and the church from the balcony and the living room/main bedroom. The view is with a very good angel. We enjoyed breakfast/bruch with the view on the balcony several times. The kitchen is very well equipped, with stoves, microwave and oven, a lot of cooking sources and spices, and coffee capsules. The rooms are warmly decorated and cozy. The whole apartment is very well heated as we came during autumn time. Further more, Angie is very kind in providing us with a lot of extra help. We had a family member who is rather sick, and Angie has been very kind in giving us a lift from and to the train station. helping us carrying the luggages upstairs to the apartments, and also gave us medical assistances by providing info. of local medical clinics. I really appreciate all the extras she has done for us!

Our host Louis was very helpful in making sure we got to the correct location. The view from the living room was amazing. We felt very comfortable and it was very peaceful there.

Conveniently located with an easy five minute walk from the train station. Apartment was much larger than I expected. The views from the room were exceptional. Communications from the owner were quick and very helpful.

The communication from the host was excellent. The house was spacious and well equipped. We enjoyed the grill and the deck. The location was a short drive to Grindelwald.
