Miguel Angel, Luz Marina, and the entire team welcomed us with open arms, making us feel not just like guests, but cherished members of their extended family. Their passion for ensuring every visitor has an unforgettable experience was palpable and added an extra layer of joy to our journey. The accommodation at Casa Dibulla was nothing short of a dream. Our room was a haven of comfort, meticulously designed to blend luxury with a homely feel. The attention to detail in the decor and the plush furnishings created an ambiance that was both relaxing and rejuvenating. The bed was a cocoon of comfort, ensuring restful nights that prepared us for the day's adventures. Casa Dibulla isn't just a place to stay; it's a destination in itself. The food was very good, staff were super nice and helpful, rooms are spacious and cosy, the view from the pool is great and the different birds and tiny animals all around make it very pleasant.

Primaluna Romantica is completely new and constructed with a lot of love - which you can see immediately: From the well designed gardens, the beautiful little houses, the open air shower to the small private (!) pool it's been thought through. It's an absolute delight to stay there. Also important: Unlike many other places in the area it's easy to get to on a good road. Mario is super helpful and even let us stay most of the day on departure day to make the most of it. The beach is directly in front of the house/pool and as private as you can get. Breakfast is served on your terrace and they cook a fantastic dinner. We only booked one night as it was a bit outside of our budget and regretted that we didn't stay longer. We'll definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay at Awatawaa! The Caribbean water is perfect for swimming. The resort and beach are clean and secluded. If you're looking for partying and night clubs, this is not your scene. If you love nature, birds, relaxation, swimming in a calm seas, extremely friendly helpful staff, this is the place. We will be back again! Rooms: This is an eco-lodge. Not air conditioned. Temps are moderate as it is ocean-front. The bungalows are comfortable airy and with mosquito netting around each bed and private bathrooms with each room. Noteworthy details: The owners and staff are awesome hosts, and are committed to environmental responsibility and sustainability. They will bend over backwards to make your stay special.

I had a great experience staying at Pomelo hostel! It is located on a beautiful tropical farm with a lovely pool. The hosts, Nina and Camillo, are both very kind and accommodating. The hostel is just a ten-minute walk to Rio Ancho and a ten-minute moto ride to Palomino, where there are great restaurants and beautiful beaches. The property feels like a little paradise, and I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend!

This place is BEAUTIFUL! Very clean and located right in front of the river. Alejandra and her coworker are extremely kind and attentive. They also offer food and the prices are very good (even cheaper than what you'd get at the town). I highly recommend it to anyone looking to relax.
