I spent a very restful week at Casa Raizal. The neighborhood is very safe and a variety of eating options extremely close to it. Per other reviews, it was indeed a restaurant, but now it is only a rooms and common areas although it still has the large commercial kitchen available for those who want to be a chef. My room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. Owner is very concerned about guest's comfort. Very good value considering how expensive the Medellin area has become compared to the rest of the country. The Internet, which is important to me, was pretty flawless save an occasional issue due to the area's network.
