It is unbelievable how the owner turned the old barn into such a gem! Everything is so nice and cozy! Plenty of space in the rooms, playground for outdoor sports, a swimming pool, a beer machine with unlimited Czech beer, a playground for the kids outside and inside, a pool table to play and a lot of tables to have some dinner or play table games like cards (and yes there are choices of table games to select). The apartment has 2 levels: lower for kitchen and upper for bedroom. Double bed was so comfortably placed between walls, so I didn't have any fear to leave my 3 months daughter on it - she will not fall. The view from any window was amazing: forest and fields. The place is really quiet - it stays away from any significant road. Also the Czech food in the nearest town is cheap and parking is free, which I should specially admit even though it is not the efforts of the owner 😀

This house is absolutely perfect. You can literally stay there for days, it's a paradise for kids and adults - the huge yard, with the pool, basketball, lovely grass, place for a fireplace, barbecue, large tables for meals (inside and out), we'll equipped kitchen with everything you need, spacious rooms, 2 nice bathrooms. Also the host is super nice and immideatly braught us every thing we asked.

We had a generous room with sofa and a view to the surrounding mountains. Everything was fine. The food in the restaurant was delicious, the breakfast as well as the dinner

What an absolutely fantastic stay we had! We traveled with three families and a lively bunch of kids, and this apartment truly exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, it was clear this place was designed with guests in mind, especially families. The house was incredibly kid-friendly, boasting a treasure trove of games that kept all the children entertained. But the absolute highlight, and what the kids adored most, was the mini football field outside! It was such a brilliant addition and provided endless fun and energy burning. Beyond the fantastic amenities for children, what truly impressed us was the thoughtful attention to detail that we've often found lacking in other accommodations. Every piece of information we could possibly need was already there, meticulously organized. This included a comprehensive guide to local areas to visit, complete with distances, which made planning our outings incredibly easy. The entire apartment was immaculately neat, and all appliance manuals were readily available, making everything seamless. And let's talk about the kitchen! It was a dream. Seriously, everything we've ever found missing in other holiday rentals' kitchens was right here. It was fully stocked with every utensil, pot, and pan imaginable, making meal preparation for our large group an absolute breeze. Last but certainly not least, the owner was incredibly accommodating and quick to respond to any queries we had, which made our stay even more stress-free. We also had the pleasure of meeting his wife upon checkout, and she was absolutely sweet and charming. This was hands down one of the most satisfying and relaxing stays we've ever had. We can't recommend it highly enough, especially for groups with children. Thank you for providing such a wonderful and welcoming home away from home!
