Super friendly staff-they had a scavenger hunt for kids to explore the hotel and win some treasures which made the day for our daughter. I want to preface that I rarely (if ever) give 10 stars to a hotel, but I think this one deserves it (maybe because it was a last-minute reservation after I had to change hotels). Overall, this is a really nice hotel! Kudos to the kind and helpful staff! They are truly amazing. The building itself is new, clean, and cute, and I was eating up the vibe. Yes, it's also doing the new shrinkflation trend, but at least it's doing it gracefully and with some taste. The sound isolation is also really nice—I didn't hear my neighbors at all. The location is also great: it’s 4 min from the castle, 1 min from a bus station, and 15 min from the train station. From there, you can go almost any direction: Copenhagen, Gilleleje, Helsingør. Also, both the neighborhood and the hotel are very safe (I was doing some 2am night walks). Overall, it was an amazing experience for my first visit to Denmark!
