Fully eqiped kitchen. Washing machine + dryer in apartment was good extra if you are traveling with kid. Two bigger bedrooms, one smaller and living room - so a lot of space. Very comfortable chair in living room. Was my favorit spot. Near to apartment were very nice kids playground. Apartment located in new and quiet district. Private parking space, so you dont need to worry about were to park the car or look for spot.

Room was simple but for this price I wasn’t disappointed. It had everything you need and the room was actually quiet although it was next to the main road. Breakfast was delicious and staff was nice.

Valentina is friendly and helpful. Her beautiful house and yard are a 20-minute walk from all the cool things in Tartu. She also has a great, big cat who never stops purring.

Stylish, sunny colored small apartment! Cozy for 5 people, but comfortable. The temperature was unseasonably cold, but the heat in the apartment was very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped, all appliances worked fine, shower worked well with enough water pressure and hot water for all. Plenty of parking behind the building. Food markets not far away. Very easy to find the apartment and many of the main attractions of Tartu are just a 5 minute drive away. Would surely stay there again!

The owner Olivia is very nice and easy to communicate. I had a bit issue opening the door and she provided instruction help me open it immediately, also when I mentioned it is cold inside the apartment she arranged additional heater in an hour. Cannot thank her more. Tartu is definitely cold in this season. Place is nice clean and well maintained. Though not quite the city centre but with easy access to bus.

Very nice place, good size and comfortable. Balcony was a great bonus. Really nothing to complain about.

The proximity to the center, but still far enough to see different sides of Tartu. Amazing little houses surrounded by Nature in a district largely made by locals with some peculiar wooden houses. You can also find a grocery shop on the way back from the center. The TV was nice with good audio.

Great spot - lighting is great on the apt. Simple, clean and minimal decor. Space is awesome

Great location, free parking. Apartment was clean and warm, had everything you would need in kitchen.

Wow, this apartment is just perfect — honestly a 10 out of 10! 🌟 It has absolutely everything I could wish for: two kinds of coffee ☕☕, a French press for the perfect brew, so many different teas 🍵, even sugar waiting for me. The bathroom feels like a mini spa — shampoo, lotion, a hair dryer, everything thought through. First floor, with parking literally 10 meters away — unbelievable convenience! 🚗💨 I was sooo excited when I walked in, I couldn’t believe how great it is!

The location was perfect, apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed.
