The resort is very clean and well organized. The staff are friendly and helpful especially Kitchen: Chef Saeed and Chef Mohammed Aqua Bar: bartender Abdo, Beach Bar: Hussam and Room Services the superhero guys Mohammed and Mohammed , the aqua park is fun, and the facilities are suitable for families. The atmosphere is relaxing and enjoyable

This location was perfect for our purposes. We're on a dive trip to explore Sharmel shake and to check out local dive shops. This location is central to all of the good places. Everything is in walking distance. The hotel is not new so it's definitely not like a hot five star hotel but it's comfortable. We had a good price everything that I'm looking for.

Exceptional stay, the value for money is really high (one of the best I've ever had) The resort share facilities with 2 other resorts, so you get access to plenty of stuff (swimming pools, animation...) The food was top-notch, very satisfying. The room is very comfortable, so is the bathroom. I'd definitely come here again.

Great and separate place calm and full operation with kind staff have operation drivers and kitchen and swimming pool and we have nice big TV and cold AC

Everything ….a paradise created in the desert… around 4000 palm trees taken good care of, beautiful architecture, lovely interior design, variety of choices of restaurants, amazing beach and mesmerizing coral swimming experience. Delicious breakfast with lots of choice everything of exceptional quality. Staff always helpful and attentive ready at our service with one thing in mind how to make the customer feel special and happy. Especially Karim the resort assistant Manager welcomed us exceptionally warm.

I loved the beautiful exterior view of the hotel. The staff were extremely cooperative and respectful, and the chefs were very classy and polite. I really appreciated the way everyone treated us. I also liked the location because it is close to the beach and surrounded by nearby restaurants.

I had a wonderful stay at this place. It is beautiful, spotlessly clean, and very quiet, with lovely decorations that make you feel right at home. The host is an amazing person—kind, helpful, and extremely polite. He made sure I had everything I needed and was always available to offer assistance. Truly a gentleman, his hospitality and warmth made the experience exceptional. I really wish I could have stayed longer. Highly recommended!
