They are very welcoming for the fluffy family members! Our Kaapo got a little welcome gift bag, and the hotel room had instructions for local vets, parks, etc. The location is great and the airco works well.

The staff was so friendly! The front desk helped us with so many questions. The staff and breakfast and the cleaning staff in the hall were all very warm and friendly. The hotel had all of the amenities that we needed. My family went on a bike ride with the hotel bikes and enjoyed the sauna which was fun. It is in an excellent spot for visitng the main part of town or the lake near the trains.

Liked impeccable cleanliness, comfort, quietness and very cozy feeling home away from home. It's next to the lake. Pure fresh air, seagulls, comfortable, crunchy white bed linen. Nice shower, nice kitchen with all the appliances. Clear instructions and directions.

I really liked the location. The apartment is very central and conveniently located on the main road, but it was still very quiet. The building itself was peaceful, and the key was very easy to find. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and very convenient overall.

We had a baby and a dog in our party of 3 rooms. All were welcomed and friendly treated. We also enjoyed the water spa. We (sponsors of family:) for a room on the 4rh floor with balcony, viewing the pine trees and city - we talked how nice this room would be to revisit in the summer. Also despite the Easter holidays, rooms were cleaned and we received new towels etc every day. Ah and the breakfast was fantastic!

The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful for a family stay. Free parking at the inner yard was convenient. Kitchen was small, but well equipped with all necessary tools and cleaning detergents. Also the towels were big and comfy along with soap, shampoo and conditioner.
