Great location and friendly staff

I have been enjoying as great movement.

Our super helpful host was willing to let us drop our bags off a couple of hours early and then check in later. We loved that the RER train stop was a two minute walk. The apartment space was large and had a separate room to eat in. It was very clean and comfortable for our family of 4. The neighborhood had a large supermarket nearby and there were also various restaurants nearby. The people in the neighborhood shops and in the building were all very friendly and helpful. We used the clothes washer once and that was convenient.

Cossy Apartement Lumineux exceeded our expectations. Super friendly staff, lovely rooms. It’s peaceful and well-located. Easily one of the best spots we’ve stayed in Paris.

It was very clean and comfortable and it was great to be able to have access to cook in the kitchen. Hot in the summer with record Paris heat with no AC and no ceiling fans but nice windows. The hosts were amazing and very helpful when I arrived. Perfect for single female traveler. Very safe with many locked entry ways. If I were to stay in Arcueil again in the future, I would definitely seek out this studio apartment. Shopping and groceries near by with a city neighborhood feel. The people were very welcoming in the area.

The host is nice . However, everything is so basic . No kitchen paper , no place to put my own shampoo and shower stuffs. The bed is not comfortable and because there is no AC. I sweat all night and it’s totally not a pleasant experience. The bed is not that comfortable . I wonder why the rate is so high. I feel disappointed to the score.

The host and his partner were very welcoming. He provided clear instructions for entering the apartment.

The house was lovely and unique, with beautiful accents of antique furniture and wood work. It was very clean, had private parking and within driving distance to down town Paris. Our host were extremely accommodating as our ETA kept changing due to traffic coming from Belgium. The family suite was perfect. There was plenty of room and beds for everyone to sleep. It had an nice size bathroom and a kitchenette. I was very happy with our stay and will happily book again next time I am in Paris. To top off our stay, we had a lovely and delicious breakfast provided by our host.
