The place is a great size that is spacious, it really did look like the photos. The instructions were easy and clear to get into the apartment. The place is well equipped and it was easy to live comfortably. It was also possible to work easily with the desk and chair, the WiFi is fast.

We really enjoyed the place itself - beautiful building, pub and restaurant below, classic "old London" design of the lobby, stairs and rooms. In addition to that, spotless room, with everything you need, close to Elisabeth line station (which is direct to Heathrow airport and to London center), fine beer in the pub, helpful staff, and a very good breakfast (several hot options plus "continental" buffet). Will definetly stay here again when in London.

I really liked this hotel. It's a bit out of center, but the tube station is only a few blocks away and that's why the place isn't as expensive as other London hotels. The area is nice. The staff is really nice. The lady who checked me in helped me with my luggage and stayed to explain how the A/C worked. The bed was comfortable and though I stayed in one of the smallest rooms, I still had room to do a bit of yoga. Good wifi. I really have no complaints.
