Gorgeous location in a quiet Suffolk Village. The building was beautiful and ideally decorated. We didn't use the restaurant but the menu looked good (we were meeting friends elsewhere). Bar was well stocked and staff very helpful. We upgraded and had a beautiful and large room. Bathroom was a little less decadent than the rest of the hotel but clean enough. We used our own toiletries but good to see environmental impact was thought about. TV was odd and difficult to use - usual channels didn't seem available and if we tried Netflix or any of the other apps, none of them worked, so we turned it off and just had music playing on our phones. Comfy bed, and tea/coffee available, so all good. We loved it. *worth mentioning that had we paid full price I would have felt it a little expensive, but I had a Booking.com credit and so actually it felt like a bargain.

We liked the location the clean condition and it was comfortable.

Spacious kitchen and dining area. Clean and well equipped.Four of the bedrooms were a good size.

Such wonderful hosts. The cottage was warm & welcoming upon arrival, the heating & lighting had been thoughtfully put on timers & smelt like Christmas. PERFECT ❤️

Beautifully cosy, Excellent communication from host, with a warm welcome when we arrived. She had even added a little hot water bottle for us, as the night had become a little chilly. All facilities as described and were pristinely clean. We will definitely be hoping to go back again.

The staff were very accommodating and couldn't do enough for us. Nothing was too much trouble. I don't think they knew the word 'no'
