Very comfortable, clean and had everything that I needed

I was upgraded to a 2 bedroom flat because they said there was a smell in the flat I had booked and they wanted to sort it out. That flat was very convenient for the town centre but exceptionally quiet. I was contacted regularly throughout the stay to check everything was ok. I had free tickets for the car park and the facilities were excellent

The property was very clean and welcoming. All amenities available made it feel very comfortable and cozy, like a home away from home, from items to make tea/coffee, little cookies, breakfast cereal, internet and TV. Staff was also very accessible, friendly and helpful to sort any issues that may come up.

We had a wonderful stay here. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and in a great location, exactly as described. What really stood out was the kindness and understanding of the host. We had an unexpected medical situation during our stay and needed to extend at very short notice. The host responded quickly and helped us without any stress or hassle, which made a difficult time much easier for us. We’re really grateful for the support and flexibility. Would definitely recommend staying here, both for the accommodation and the genuinely caring host.

Near a field which had a cricket game ongoing. Good parking. Friendly, helpful staff. Room good size and comfortable. When I had inadvertently missed Sunday meal as closes 6 pm I was offered another simple meal which was very welcome.

My whole experience, from check in to departure was exceptional. Professional, well trained and friendly staff. Beautiful historic property.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly friendly and kind, always making sure we were comfortable and well looked after. He went above and beyond to ensure we felt safe and at home throughout our stay. You can tell he’s a truly genuine person who really cares about his guests. Highly recommend!
