Huge room, clean and with amazing view

The apartment is in a great location with beautiful mountain views. Check-in was quick and easy, and the apartment was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good and we really enjoyed our stay.

We had a really great stay at New Gudauri Twins Horizon. The apartment was clean, modern, and very cozy, with an amazing view of the mountains. The location was super convenient in New Gudauri, with easy access to ski lifts, restaurants, and shops nearby. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out, and the host was friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again

The location is perfect, away from the highway so there is no noise from the transport.

My stay at this property was very disappointing for several reasons. First, the staircase leading to the building is extremely dangerous. It is damaged, very steep, and there are no reflective markings or any safety indicators to make it visible at night. My family and I stumbled several times while going up and down the stairs. Fortunately, no one was injured, but it presents a serious safety risk for guests. Second, the Wi-Fi did not work throughout my stay. I informed the host about the issue, but it was never resolved. Third, there was a power outage during our stay. When I contacted the host for assistance, instead of trying to help, she spoke to me in a rude and aggressive manner, accused me of being disrespectful, and ended the conversation even after I explained that my children were frightened because of the power outage. I was also surprised to receive a private message from her asking whether there was a way to have us removed from the property, which made us feel very unwelcome. Overall, this experience was far below my expectations. I hope the property improves both its safety standards and the way guests are treated.

This house is just a pure perfection. The view probably is the best in Gudauri. The set up inside is so cozy and useful. Beautiful leaving room downstairs with a fire place. Nice rooms and comfy beds. The kids loved the house and didn’t want to leave

Location is great and the staff is very professional

This 2-room apartment (two interconnected studio apartments) is located in apartment block 4 right next to gondola, giving an easy access to slopes and also comfort of returning home whenever we wished. Room windows face quiet side, allowing to have a good rest after a full day of skiing. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking at home if preferred. Ski depot is on the first floor, with dedicated locker for all your ski equipment. This apartment is perfect for a family with kids or group of friends as the rooms are connected but give enough privacy with an inside door.

This place is ideally located near to the top attractions. include supermarket (SPAR), petrol pump, fast food and hilal restaurants. the cable car / chair lift was at 15 mins drive and Russia- Georgia monument at 18 mins drive. Nice view of mountains, cable car and main road from balcony and window. The host was exceptionally welcoming. The accommodation is well-equipped for a short stay, featuring a washing machine, gas oven, electric heater, fridge, crockery, and hot water.

The room was as described, the photo match the apartment , everything was clean and in good condition. The owner was super helpful, respectful and responsive. We had few personal problems and the owner was accommodating. Fast and easy check in and check out. I definitely recommend
