Wondering that hotel have only 2 stars. When we arrive, we have been welcomed by Alex (Host). Even we arrived 3 hours earlier, he told us that our rooms have been already prepared so we may enter immediately in. The rooms are clean, equipped with the mini fridge, tv. We took 2 rooms with two single beds with sea and garden view. Very nice view, big terrace. The restaurant is just under the terrace, so it was close and easy to get there. Very nice and clean. Wonderful hotel, builded in cascades. The beach is about 50m far from hotel. There is a beach bar, beach restaurant with incredible food of every kind thanks to Chef Lui. Mousaka, Beef and pork tomahavk steaks, fresh fish and many more... Beach accesories are present, two kind of sunbeds (wooden and light metal) located at the probably best beach in Greece with wonderful and clean water. Alex (Host) is very friendly family man, very communicative, speaking 5 languages, carring about everything, with a big family engaged in family business. The hotel is located at the beach, so it is litlle bit far from town with difficulty road to go by foot, over the rocks at the beach, or you can go by car, about 1km far.

Location and facilities were great but there were no match to the genuine hospitality of the staff. Kudos to Γιάννη and his team.

The location is great. This guesthouse is along the main road where all the restaurants and coffee bars are. The sea is just across the street and I could see it from my room. My room also had a balcony. The bathroom is new. Supermarket is 1 min away. The nearest beach is just across the street but within 5-10 minutes (walking) you can get to Papa Nero and Plaka beaches. The area is also good for hiking, the forest gives a nice shadow and the water streams make a fresh atmosphere. The host Iro is very helpful and provided all the information and made me feel very welcome. Will stay here again when I will be in this area.

The location is perfect and the whole place Agious Ioannis is amazing. The room is modest, but have everything that is described on booking.com. The view from the balcony is incredible. The beach and the sea are literally 10 steps from the accommodation. The owners (all of them) are wonderful, very kind and helpful and they have a nice restaurant on the ground floor where you can have great meal at decent price right by the sea. I highly recommend Remezzo Guesthouse and would definitely like to visit again.

Everything was beyond expectation!

We stayed in a studio apartment and overall had a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent—just a short walk from the entrance to the Papa Nero camp and no uphill climbing required. It’s conveniently situated halfway between Papa Nero and Agios Ioannis beaches. Our unit had a reserved parking spot and a private, well-lit terrace that was quiet and nicely isolated. The host was extremely kind and helpful. Studio was equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were cozy, and linens and towels were changed very frequently. Cleanliness was definitely above average.

We liked it all. It is a cozy home with a great view to the sunset.
