This is a family owned small hotel , very charming and Eletheria - who welcomed me was very friendly and kind and helped me with everything I needed. Just min away from this cute town but isolated enough so its quiet at night

Very modern, clean, spacious and comfortable (we stayed at the ground floor, 2 adults + 1 kiddo). Cozy and romantic. The pool and the sunset/the view are the cherry on top!!! Free parking on the spot/in the yard. Nice guests - an old couple (even if they don't speak or understand English, they are so sweet using google translate). As for the appliances, we had everything we needed for our 5-day stay.

The accommodation is in an excellent location, close to Kathisma and Milos beaches, as well as the village of Agios Nikitas. The studio is very clean, with daily housekeeping and fresh bed linen provided every three days. The hosts are always available to help with anything you may need and are happy to share excellent local recommendations. There is also a spacious private parking area within the property, which is very convenient for guests traveling by car. Highly recommended!

Our week-long stay at this spectacular villa was nothing short of paradise. From the moment we stepped through the door, we were captivated by the panoramic, unobstructed sea views that truly took our breath away. Quiet and private, yet conveniently close to local spots and beaches. The villa was perfectly clean, modern, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable week. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive. I would highly recommend this villa.

High standard property, new, well equipped, clean, great pool area, nice small balcony for a morning coffee. Amazing views of sunset and beach. Hosts surprised us with some cheese, wine, eggs and more. 15 minutes drive to Kathisma beach and Agios Nikitas (must have car).

The views and staff were AMAZING!

The location is very interesting if you have an adventurous spirit. To reach the first beach, you’ll need to walk about 1.5 km downhill — and the same distance back uphill. Of course, going by car is the easiest option. The road is a bit demanding, nothing too difficult, but for someone who only drives in the city or on highways and lacks experience, it could be a bit of a challenge. If you’re coming during the high season, and swimming in the sea (i.e., going to the beach) isn’t essential for you, and you’d like to avoid the crowds, this is the perfect place. Each apartment has its own pool (some larger, some smaller). Don’t expect to swim in the large pool shown in the photos, as that one belongs to just one apartment. It’s very important to note that this is a truly quiet place, located high above the main road with no other roads nearby. The bedroom is on the opposite side of the house, so at night you’ll fall asleep to the sound of birds only. As for the accommodation itself, you’ll find everything you need to feel just like at home. There are several apartments (so you’re not completely alone), but they’re architecturally very well designed and perfectly integrated into the natural surroundings. The host made an effort to preserve the existing vegetation as much as possible, while also planting new greenery, creating the impression of a beautifully maintained garden. Some comments mention that the interior looks a bit outdated — we’d rather say it’s classically furnished. All the furniture is of very good quality. On the terrace, there are teak chairs and a table — not cheap plastic ones — and everything inside is also carefully chosen and of high quality. You can buy groceries at a local supermarket, and if you need a wider selection, the town of Lefkada is just 12 km away. You’ll find everything there — at least five large supermarkets, bakeries, fish markets, butcher shops, pastry shops, and restaurants. It feels just like being in a big city.
