Location, clean and the owners

It had a great view from the balcony. In the room we were provided with a filter coffee machine, an electrical oven and a fridge. They were life savers. The staff cleaned our room on daily basis. The location of the room was perfect. I highly recommend it. 10 out of 10

One of the best hospitality experiences we have ever had. Efthimia welcomed us with such warmth and kindness — with breakfast, coffee, homemade cake and a lovely conversation. Her recommendations for nearby restaurants and beaches were also excellent and made our stay even better. We stayed in the three-bedroom apartment, and it was absolutely beautiful. The rooms were stylish, comfortable and even better than what you see online. Every detail was carefully thought through: the decoration, linens, bathroom, and even beach towels. The location is, in our opinion, one of the best in Samos. Right in the heart of Kokkari, close to everything, with a beautiful bay just in front. Kokkari itself is a wonderful place where you can enjoy the sea and easily explore the island. Definitely one of the most charming places to stay in Kokkari. We absolutely loved our stay! The location was perfect — waking up to a beautiful sea view every morning and enjoying the balcony in the evenings was truly special. Everything was exactly as shown in the photos, if not even better. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our host was exceptional, providing all the necessary information right away and making both check-in and check-out completely smooth and hassle-free. Communication was excellent, and every message was answered almost immediately. We were genuinely impressed and very happy with our experience. When we return to Samos, we will definitely choose this place again. Highly recommended!

Kokkari is the best place to stay on Samos and Θέα is the best place to stay in Kokkari. The apartment is small but it is very clean and has everything you need. The view from the apartment is phenomenal, you are literally two steps away from the see and in the heart of Kokkari. The host is very friendly and helpful, we were welcomed with a nice bottle of local wine and he offered us a bottle of self made olive-oil when we left (which we unfortunately couldn't take on the plane). We will come back to this beautiful island and come back to Θέα!

Amazing apartment with a beautiful view while also being located in the center of Kokkari. The accomadation also has a beautiful interior which includes decorations made and painted by one of the owners. The owners are very kind, helpful and accomodating, they also sell beautiful authentic self-made jewelry. Would definitely recommend!

Great owner ,, great place We enjoyed our holidays

Let's start with the hosts, Yannis and Irini; their warmth and hospitality were exceptional. Every morning, they would bring us produce from the shop or their own garden (plus a welcome bottle of homemade wine). Towels were changed every day, and the studio was tidied up; cleanliness was always top-notch. They suggested locations to visit. Truly lovely. The studio was small but had everything needed for a couple, and the veranda was perfect for breakfast or a romantic dinner.

The place has a stunning sea view and is located in a peaceful area. Within a short distance, you can reach several beautiful beaches. The property is also very clean, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing stay.
