Close to the beach, supermarket, restaurants...very good position of the studios...wonderful vacation.

Nice location, clean and spacious

We had an absolutely incredible stay at Ktima Delmare Pantazara. The location is pure magic, situated in a beautifully maintained olive grove with direct access to a quiet, private beach with crystal clear water. Waking up every morning to look at the sea and drink coffee on the terrace was a highlight of our trip. The property is exceptionally clean, well-equipped, and very cozy. The garden is amazing and perfect for relaxing. The villa was spacious, well-furnished, and featured an incredible terrace with endless views of the Aegean Sea. A huge thank you to the wonderful hosts and staff who were incredibly welcoming and helpful. It is a peaceful, serene paradise and we will definitely return!

It was wonderful, starting from the appartmentn and its location, the village and the local beaches, and the host, who was a lovely lady. The aparment was exactly as shown on booking. The house has a decent yard with grass and seating arrangements, excellent for unwinding in the evening. For everyone that likes both a lively place to visit during the summer, but, at the same time, enjoy the calmness of Greek nights, this is the place. There are the right amount of shops for everyday needs, restaurants that serve traditional food with exceptional taste and the village square, where one can enjoy the view of the small harbor. All in all lovely experience without the heavy classic mass tourism reality.

Well appointed apartment that has everything you could want or need...Good communication with host along the way...Nice location overlooking the harbor...with a short easy walk down to the beach... restaurants... grocery store... bakery... pharmacy and harbor!

Excellent location, near beach, bar is good and there are also snacks. Apartment was clean and spacious, balcony is big. They are pet friendly which we loved because we travelled with our dog. Staff was really friendly and nice.

The villa is very beautiful. It has 4 bedrooms plus a living room, with enough space to accommodate up to 10 people. There’s a large terrace with a beautiful panoramic sea view (and another smaller one upstairs). It’s a spacious, bright villa, the rooms are large (the one in the demi-basement is huge), and it’s equipped with all the amenities you might need (although the dishwasher wasn’t working, but that’s just a temporary issue). There are 3 bathrooms, one of them smaller but equipped with a shower. You reach the villa by going up a small hill, a few meters on a dirt road, but there’s no real issue. Next to the villa, you can park 3–4 cars. The villa is located a short distance from the village of Nea Skioni, which is full of taverns and shops. The most famous beaches in Kassandra are no more than 20–30 minutes from the villa, but if you prefer, you can also enjoy the beach in Nea Skioni. Overall, I really liked the villa and recommend it to anyone spending their vacation on the Kassandra peninsula.
