Wonderful stay! The hosts were incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed, also they provided great local tips. The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, with a sea view from the terrace. Highly recommend!

This was a great place. Everything was perfectly clean, new furniture, etc. The room also had everything that you would need, even small details (even paracetamol pills!), mosquito nets, etc. This shows that the owners have thought of everything. Also, walking distance to the beach, supermarket, etc. Highly recommended.

Our host picked us up at drop off so we didnt need a taxi. She also drove us to the boatyard the next morning with all our gear. The morning coffee and fruit was divine. I'd also say the design of the units was nice with 3 balconies and loads of open space so it was relaxing.

Everything was good except we didn't get the room that we reserved, but the room was ok. Big yard, and peacefull neighborhood. There is one restaurant next to the house.

We had a lovely stay at 7Syn7. Travelled with my husband, little daughter and parents in law. We arrived a little early on Saturday, but our rooms were ready and waiting for us. Without us explicitly asking for it, we were placed in studios next to each other, so we could use a shared balcony. When they noticed my mother in law's mobility issues, they offered to move us to more accessible and larger (and more expensive rooms) at no additional charge, so we could still stay together. That was a lovely and very kind offer, though wasn't needed and stayed in the rooms originally allocated, which were great. The studio was impeccably clean, and is cleaned daily. Change of sheets and towels takes place every other day. The kitchenette has everything needed for a self-catering stay and is well-equipped. The beds and pillows were comfortable and there was plenty of storage, considering we stayed there for 14 days. The location is convenient for exploring North Evia - in less than 1 hour, you can be at Kavos to explore Lichadonisia, or visit the many great snorkeling beaches in the North West. Supermarkets and Taverns are a short car ride away in Oreoi or Istea. The grounds are very well-maintained and perfect for children. My daughter spent hours playing bare-foot on the lawn, at the swings or in the kids corner (which may have been the toys of the hosts, but they kindly allowed Sophia to play there alomgside their own grandchildren). All in all, we had the most amazing 2 weeks and I would absolutely recommend the place.
