The apartament, the green garden, the view, and nature around and it was near the sea.

We travel extensively and have enjoyed countless wonderful places to stay, but none compare to this—it is by far the best experience we’ve ever had. First of all, the comfort is exceptional, both inside the apartment and on the terrace. It’s the perfect hideaway from the summer heat, wonderfully quiet, and we truly rested—we slept like babies. The location is ideal for exploring the entire Ionian coast, from Igoumenitsa down to Preveza. And without a doubt, Perdika offers the most beautiful sunset in the entire Epirus region—every evening felt magical. The amenities that awaited us exceeded all expectations. The hosts had thought of every single detail. We laughed because, honestly, we didn’t need to bring anything apart from the basics—just clothes for swimming and sleeping. 😁 Diana and her mom showed us genuine Greek hospitality that we felt in every moment, and we are deeply grateful for it. Everything we needed was nearby—shops, restaurants, a doctor, markets, and a butcher. Compared to all the surrounding areas, Perdika has the best air and temperature, with a constant refreshing summer breeze. We love animals, and there were so many around us here—not only the beautiful domestic cats and dogs, but also dozens of foxes, turtles (we even rescued one from the road), eagles, seagulls, horses, and donkeys. People are friendly and gentle, and most of them speak English very well. Our hosts even left us their homemade organic eggs and vegetables, as well as delicious homemade tsipouro, liqueur, and marmalade. It was an amazing, authentic Greek bio-organic experience! Finally, I must mention that the interior of the house was both stunning and, at the same time, cozy and minimalistic. We will come back for sure!

Everything. This is our second time at Aiora, in their biggest suite with the same name. Before I go into some details, I am really impressed the owners took into consideration the guest suggestions: they replaced the dated electric oven and stove and added an A/C in the bedroom (there was one only in the living room/kitchen area). The suite is enormous, with a lot of storage spaces and sleeping areas. We slept in the bedroom, where there's a huge bed (I think it's bigger than a king size), but there were 2 twin beds and a couch in the living room too. The apartments are almost on the beach and you can see the water from the terrace or the yard. There are 3 beaches one can go to without the car: - one is next to the beachbar - one is through a path where the apartment entrances are - one at the end of the street (last photo), a less than 5 minute walk We enjoyed snorkeling and paddleboarding and the water was amazing (clearer than in September). We also took a boat trip to Paxos and Antipaxos through their recommended agency, in Syvota. The apartments are 5km from Syvota and a little more from Parga and while they might seem far, the beach bar is an absolute jam. Compared to September last year, they improved the menu and the food is absolutely fantastic. They added fish and seafood in the menu and everything was delicious. I want to send special regards to Angeliki at the bar (I hope I spelt it correctly) as she was really great with us. Everything, amazing hospitality

Such a green and lush place! It is located at the bottom of the hill just across Mega Ammos beach. The garden was so well kept, with olive and pomegranate trees, that coming home made me miss it almost immediately. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the host was amazingly kind, always helpful, and always smiling. I wish we could stay longer!

The studio is spacious for 2 people with the main bed being upstairs. The kitchen space is comfortable, the bathroom is clean and it's 2 minutes from the beach. Mosquito nets at the windows and efficient A/C and easy parking. Pls note that there are no shops directly near the property but few minutes by car. Lovely welcome and care and would definitely come back.

Clean , good location , warm welcome

The view from terrace was incredible, the staff were hospitable and kind, we stayed 8 nights and it was really clean, the bed linen and towels were clean and neatly changed every third day The experince we bring from Sivota/Villa Sandy is wonderfull. Villa Sandy, we will come again one day for sure. Thank you for your good service.

It is very quiet, there are no noises from cars, bars, or neighbours. Dimitris and his family are very hospitable and warm people. The rooms are spacious and all have ACs. Although the house is far from most of the beaches, it is located on a hill with magnificent views.

The owner was very nice and very helpful The place is sparkling clean and it has everything that you need 10/10 P.s the ROOSTER is still there and its beautiful 😀
