A beautiful and well-designed resort located in the northern part of Lombok. It’s a bit off the beaten path, but that’s exactly what makes it so peaceful and relaxing. The resort offers everything you might need – there’s an excellent restaurant, a pool, a spa, and they can arrange laundry service, scooter rentals, or transport to the town, the nearby Lombok Wildlife Park, or the harbour. They also helped us organize snorkeling trips to the Gili Islands, which was a great experience. The accommodation consists of small bungalows that are cozy, clean, and well-equipped. The staff were kind, professional, and very helpful throughout our stay. The restaurant staff were especially friendly, making us feel truly welcome. We felt really comfortable here and genuinely enjoyed our stay.

The stay here was truly amazing, the room was very large comfortable and clean. This is a new facility with free Wi-Fi, Air Con, and Hot water. The location is very nice in a local area surrounded by nature and peace. This is definitely the best place I have stayed in Indonesia. Besides the nice atmosphere and accommodations the staff is what really makes this place extra special here you are not just customer you are really treated like family. The staff was always available to help with whatever needs you may have from recommendations for daily activities to cooking the best local food I have had in Indonesia. I truly felt like part of the family on several nights we even had a family style dinner together at the table with other guest I cannot recommend this place enough 10/10

Beautiful, brand new units with loads of space! The staff were more than friendly and accommodating. Yayan helped me with check-in, invited me on an outing with him and his friends, and also cooked meals for me. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Comfortable bed, clean (and new!) room, and exceptional staff. I stayed here while overcoming a severe bout of food poisoning and am so grateful for Zaki and his wife Herlina for checking in on me and treating me like family. I wish I had a bigger appetite while I stayed here because the food was incredible, be sure to get the breakfast!

Our stay at The Jiwa was truly special. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and completely relaxed. The villa is absolutely beautiful, with breathtaking views, an amazing pool, and a peaceful atmosphere that made it hard to leave. We loved waking up to the calm surroundings,(like Gili Islands) enjoying the sunsets, and simply disconnecting from everyday life. The Jiwa gave us exactly what we were looking for: comfort, privacy, and unforgettable memories.

It was great. Our host was at the property to receive us and exchange telephone number with us to ensure that we can contact him for any needs. He also offered recommendations and provided insights on how to navigate the local area

Kunci Rumah is a concept...is a concept of connecting beautiful people from around the world with the purpose of sharing experiences, traditions and constructing actual friendships...here I felt more like home. I now have a family in Indonesia and they're always welcome to my home as well. Kunci rumah is a homestay with a very authentic and kind family. No spa, no pool, no fancy room, but instead true experiences, family feeling, kindness and love. I couldn't recommend it more to people that are traveling for this kind of reason. I'm grateful for this place.

The property was lovely and the food was good. Everything was a good price. Herman is an amazing guy. 50% of the earnings from the hostel go towards “community action” including providing free breakfast, free English classes and a community garden to the community.

Our stay was truly exceptional. The property's location provided us with stunning vistas of palm trees and the mesmerizing sunsets over the Gili lslands, just a short walk up the hill. Their two charming dogs and adorable cat added a delightful touch to our stay. Jeanie and Josh's hospitality was outstanding. They cooked a delicious dinner for us and went above and beyond to assist us with additional arrangements during our stay. Thank you for making our visit so memorable!"

This property was perfect for Gili Air. The snorkelling out front is top notch and there are tasty restaurants and massages steps away! Our kids spent countless hours in the pool with all the thoughtfully provided toys. The caretaker, Dendy, was outstanding! He was so kind and polite and patient. He took our laundry to be cleaned and returned and he made sure we had everything we needed. Not only that, but when my friend lost her wallet and couldn’t find it before our boat left, he went out of his way to be super helpful in finding the wallet and returning it to a boat company to find its way to her in Bali! Nicest guy ever. We had such a great time there.

The place its beautiful!! They made fresh juices for us when we arrived! They have hammocks in the balconies, the toilets are beautiful, there is no ac but we didn’t really need it. You can go to beach barefoot from your bungalow 🙌🏻

The host family was probably the best part of it, also the breakfast wasn't so bad.

Wonderful place! The entire villa and pool area is private. The location is excellent for walking anywhere on the island. Super friendly host!

Our favourite favourite place to stay on Gili Air! The breakfast (omg - waffles!!!) the location, the comfy beds, how quiet it is (especially considering it’s a hostel!! It’s still one of the quietest places I’ve stayed on the island.) Our favourite places to eat are right next door, the paddle boards to rent - just a fabulous time for the whole family!! Lexy and the staff take such good care of us and always make us feel like we’re returning to our home away from home.

Lovely room and garden. Great breakfast. Very helpful and friendly staff. The location is perfect, very close to the beach with good snorkeling spots and to the “center” of this small island at the same time.

We loved our time in Gili Air and this wonderful new property is much of the reason why. We felt like we had our own piece of paradise. The room itself was comfortable (bed, bedding, nice big bathroom, hot shower, loved having a fridge) but the outside was the star of the show. Sitting on the front porch was so peaceful, the view spectacular. You have your own lounge chairs and umbrella on the beach in front, just a few feet from the water's edge. During high tide, you can walk right out to some great snorkeling. The restaurant next door will bring food and drinks to your beach chairs. You can rent snorkeling gear next door, and paddle board rentals are a short walk away. Of course the whole island is walk-able, but there are some really good restaurants nearby. A mini-mart isn't too far either. We appreciated this proximity without being too close to the busyness near the ferry terminal. The owner and staff were kind, responsive, and helpful. They left us a few treats throughout our stay.

The house was spacious and cosy, and the host was very caring. The location was convenient and quiet, set off the main road to avoid street noise.
