- The rooms are beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. There’s a small verandah outside the room where you can sit with a cup of coffee, enjoy the morning sun, or read a book. - What truly made our experience special was the hospitality. The property is managed by Venkatesha Sir and his wife, both of whom are incredibly reliable, warm, and always ready to help. Whether it was auto bookings, guidance around town, dinner recommendations, or arranging bike rentals, they were available whenever we needed them. - When we decided to extend our stay in Hampi at the last minute, he arranged a room for us immediately. And when we went out for dinner at 9 p.m., not realizing restaurants close earlier, he kindly drove us to a place that was still open and brought us back after our meal. Thank you! 🙏🏼 - Overall, the hospitality and care we received here were exceptional, and we highly recommend this stay.

I stayed at this place for three days during my visit to Karnataka. The location is very convenient, with Hampi being nearby, which made sightseeing easy. The stay is set in the middle of a farm, surrounded by beautiful banana plantations, giving it a calm and refreshing atmosphere. The breakfast arrangement was very nice, and the staff were extremely friendly and attentive. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable experience.

The room is spacious and clean

My opinion about Hampi hotels is you sort of have to pick your trade off. If you book in Hampi itself, you’re going to be bombarbed by noise and expensive restaurants and sub par hotels. If instead you book in Hosapet, you have better restaurant options but Hosapet town is also loud/messy etc. This property is on the suburban edge of Hosapet town. Close enough for fast convenience but far enough you are guaranteed safety and quiet. The chef cooked delicious meals of either veg or non veg at my choosing. I especially liked one of his dal’s. The driver knows the temples very very well. He will be able to take you to temples that other tourists are clearly overlooking. They were extremely flexible with my plans and allowed me to checkout late.

I was their very first guest, and it was a wonderful experience! The hosts were extremely warm and welcoming. The stay was clean, peaceful, and comfortable. Wishing them all the best for their new beginning — highly recommended!

The place is in a new urbanization, all hotels and lodges. There are a couple of restaurants and you can get coffe from Virut accross from Cafe Italiano. This place has the basics but we did not require more. The staff was very attentive from before we arrived. They arranged for a rickshaw from the station and then a driver for the two days we were there. They had water in the room and a kettle we did not use.

The young female owner Anapournama and the Manager Raju were excellent and committed to customer care. Raju especially could communicate in English and was very helpful. Raju helped us get us everything from our morning coffee to dinner as they don't have any restaurant facility as of yet.

I recently visited Hampi and stayed at Buddha Homestay for three days. As the name suggests, it truly feels like a home stay in every sense. The hospitality provided by Mr. Palaksha and his family was warm, caring, and genuinely homely. They treated us just like their own guests, and their humility, kindness, and respect made us forget that we were away from home. They even allowed us to use their kitchen to cook food for my 2-year-old son, ensuring he could have homemade meals. Their support and helpfulness in every aspect were truly heartwarming. My parents and my wife were deeply impressed by their generosity and gratitude. My son had a wonderful time playing with Mr. Palaksha’s two sweet kids. Mr. Palaksha also guided us in planning our trip, suggesting the best routes and the right sequence of places to visit. Unlike many other homestays or hotels, they do not increase their prices during weekends or holiday seasons, which is highly commendable. Buddha Homestay is a lovely family-run place and is conveniently close to major tourist attractions in Hampi. When it was time to leave, we genuinely felt like we were leaving our own family behind. If you truly want to experience Hampi in the most comfortable and homely way, I highly recommend Buddha Homestay.

The property is modest, but spacious, clean, and close to tourist sites -- excellent air conditioner. The family overseeing the property is very nice and professional.
