*Extremely Disappointing Experience – Not Recommended* I recently stayed at this resort and was thoroughly disappointed with the experience. The rooms were smelly and dirty, with no basic amenities like cups or glasses provided. The lawn area was equally unkempt, adding to the overall unpleasant environment. The biggest issue was the staff, highly unprofessional and unresponsive. We asked for a place for our driver to stay, and instead of helping, they demanded extra money, which is unacceptable. The breakfast was a joke – roti with bhindi fry in the morning? Who serves that as a breakfast option? There was no variety or proper food service. On top of that, food in general was overpriced, and the dining area was dirty, with dogs and cats roaming freely around the hall – very unhygienic. To make matters worse, when we tried calling the caretaker around 7 AM just to ask for tea, the phone was switched off. Totally unprofessional behavior. Important tip for travelers: Don’t blindly book this resort based on online listings. There are several new and better-maintained options right next to this place in the same price range. For those traveling with pets (like I was with my dog), this resort appears online as pet-friendly, but there are many other nearby resorts that allow pets too – they just aren't listed online. So, I strongly suggest visiting the place first, checking the rooms, surroundings, and staff behavior before booking. Overall, I do NOT recommend this resort. It was a complete letdown.
