Liked the food very much good spread

This hotel exceeded my expectations. From the moment I entered the hotel, the staff were attentive, friendly and helpful. They granted me an early check in and even brought a complimentary tray of beautiful chocolates to my room. The room was so comfortable and I really enjoyed the food at the restaurant and the cocktail bar, Juniper - really amazing cocktails. The hotel was so close to the airport - 10 minutes max. I can't wait to return to this hotel the next time I'm in Delhi. It's the perfect place to rest before a long journey home.

The staff were really friendly and super helpful. Our shower stopped draining, and they came right up to fix it. They offer you water all the time. The breakfast was very tasty. Bedroom had good AC and cooled really fast. The area was convenient for our group for our trip.

The room was very good for this price range—clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were extremely cooperative and friendly, especially the owner, who made us feel very welcome. Although we were a bit surprised by the entrance at first, once we reached the reception and saw the property, it felt pleasant and reassuring. Overall, a good stay with warm hospitality.

A larger super-clean suite with a location near to Connaught Place & other attractions. But what made Empire Platinum Suites so great was the staff – friendly & helpful — sometimes we didn’t even have to ask them as they anticipated our needs and jumped in to guide us — whether helping us to find an ATM machine or showing us the directions to a location or obtaining a Tuk-Tuk car for us… they were always there to assist and we felt at the end of three days that we were part of the Empire Platinum Suites family. New Delhi is not an easy city for many foreigners but the great facilities and helpful staff at Empire Platinum Suites will enable you to have a dynamic safe and fun visit to India. Highly recommended with a lot of value for that price.

Breakfasts were fantastic set us up for the day. Staff were extremely helpful and accomodating. Luggage storage was useful when we had a few days away. It was a great place to come back to after a busy day sight seeing.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights was the infinity bathtub and modern toilet seats in the washroom, which made the experience feel extra luxurious and relaxing. It was the perfect place to unwind after a day out. The staff were warm, attentive, and always happy to assist. The service throughout our stay was exceptional. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would definitely return on our future trips to Delhi, India. Highly recommended!
