We loved the quiet open spaces. The staff was welcoming even with a language barrier.

Very clean, comfortable, new space. The host was responsive and attentive. The apartment is generously stocked with amenities in the kitchen. The bed is comfortable and the heater/AC work well to keep the apartment comfortable. Parking was always available at the apartment. Recommended.

Beautiful view of the bay. I stayed on the balcony and enjoyed the day. Had 4 rainbows. Rented a boat an that was fun. The area has great restaurants and a bar that was amazing!

This property is run by an amazing team. Everyone from the groundskeepers to housekeeping to the desk team was super friendly and helpful, and Rita and Francesca in particular made our stay so special. Fufi is the best guard dog in town. Centrally located in Bacoli with easy access to local public transit and restaurants. Awesome shoreline views of Lago Doria and a beautiful pool area. Large and well maintained event space for parties, weddings, etc. The free breakfast was delicious.

The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Accomodation was clean and good with all facilities as mentioned. Access to beach was very nice and enjoyable. Security guard was friendly. We enjoyed our time. Overall a great stay and we will be back!

It was our first time in Italy, the owners arranged our arrival by car, which was more than helpful. During our stay we were met with exceptional hospitality, by both the owners and the staff. Ivan and Marchella were wonderful, and even when we panicked about our return to the airport, they arranged a car for the transfer. We stayed for a week and enjoyed every day of it. You can immediately sense the pride and dedication behind it. What made this experience even more memorable was how much my twins loved it. They felt at home instantly and were so happy that they even left heartfelt notes in the memory book a small but meaningful gesture that says everything about how special this place is. And then there is Fabrizio… truly one of the most respectful, kind, and attentive hosts we have ever met. When I arrived, I had a small issue with my car. I called him, and incredibly, he was there within a minute—not only showing up immediately, but also bringing a solution with him. That level of care and responsiveness is something you rarely find. He also made everything incredibly easy from the start. Before arrival, he sent a clear and detailed video on WhatsApp explaining how to access the property, leaving absolutely no room for confusion or stress. It was smooth, simple, and very thoughtful. The breakfast was another highlight—generous, varied, and full of choices that suit everyone. It was the perfect way to start each day. Honestly, if there were more than five stars, this place would deserve them without hesitation. This was not just a stay—it was an experience filled with comfort, kindness, and genuine hospitality.
